My experience with Homes of Idaho and Austin Colton couldn't have been better. We are moving to downtown Boise from out of state and made first contact with Austin about a year before we ended up buying a home. Austin was always able to meet us during visits to Boise and kept a great line of communication during the preliminary house shopping period. Due to the hot housing market and covid-19 we weren't able to actually set foot into the house we ended up buying, but when it came time to put an offer on a housing Austin did an excellent job of touring the home and doing a video walk-through with us. There were a couple other offers on the table and he did a great job securing the home for us. Austin was very knowledgeable and he truly works in your best interest. He also was very understanding of all the questions from us first time home buyers. I would definitely recommend Austin to all home buyers.
